- 2 complete carrots
- 2 stalks celery, cut in 1/2
- 1 huge complete onion, peeled
- salt and pepper, to flavor
- five cloves garlic, beaten
- 1 (6 ounce) package long grain and wild rice blend (which includes Uncle Ben's (R) Original)
- three carrots, chopped
- 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
- chopped clean parsley
