- three eggs
- 1 (eight ounce) bundle BAKERS Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted, cooled barely
- half cup pecan halves, toasted

- Heat oven to 350 levels F. Cover bottom of 9 inch springform pan with parchment paper. Combine chopped pecans, margarine and a pair of tablespoon sugar; press onto bottom of pan. Microwave caramels and milk in microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 4 to five mins or until caramels are absolutely melted and aggregate is properly blended, stirring each 2 mins. Spread over crust to within 1 inch of part; cool.
- Beat cream cheese and closing sugar with mixer until combined. Add eggs, 1 at a time, blending on low velocity after each just till blended. Stir in chocolate; pour over caramel layer.
- Bake 45 to 50 mins or until centre is nearly set. Run knife or metallic spatula round rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before eliminating rim. Refrigerate 4 hours. Sprinkle with pecans halves just before serving.
